  • I need to cancel my order - what can I do?
    Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at youandmematernity@outlook.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel and issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible - however, you are able to return the item/s to us for a refund within 14 days. Please note - you will be required to pay for the return postage.
  • I've added the wrong address - what can I do?
    Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at youandmematernity@outlook.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend your address.
  • Can I use a discount code?
    From time to time, You & Me Maternity may offer promotional discount codes, such as CARD10 which offers customers 10% off any greeting card orders, or 3FOR2 which makes their third card free. These can be entered at checkout before you pay.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards!
  • What delivery options do I have?
    Please allow up to three working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. We offer two options for planner shipping: 24 hour tracked = £3.99 48 hour tracked = £2.99 Please note - shipping for greeting-card-only orders is 99p for first class postal delivery.
  • Do you ship outside of the UK?
    Unfortunately, at this point in time we cannot offer delivery to customers outside of the United Kingdom. If this is something you would like to see in the future, please let us know by getting in touch!
  • My order hasn't arrived yet - what should I do?
    We ship all of our orders via a tracked service so that you can keep an eye on when your planner is due to arrive! If your tracking link no longer seems to be working, or your order has failed to be delivered, please send an email to youandmematernity@outlook.com and we will look into it as soon as possible!
  • I'm not happy with my order - what can I do?
    We really hope that you will love your planner as much as we do, but if you're not 100% happy with your order we want to fix it for you! Please get in touch within thirty days from when your order was placed by contacting youandmematernity@outlook.com with details about why your products did not meet your expectations. All products returned in their original condition will be eligible for a full refund.
  • My order has arrived faulty or damaged - what can I do?
    If your order has been damaged en route to you, or you have noticed that there is something wrong with the quality of your order, please let us know as soon as you can by emailing youandmematernity@outlook.com with photos so that we can investigate further.
  • I've changed my mind - what can I do?
    If there is nothing wrong with your order and you would still like to return it, you have 14 days to let us know; please send an email to youandmematernity@outlook.com. Full refunds will be given to any products received back to us in their original condition, minus the cost of shipping. Please note - you will be required to pay for your order to be sent back to us.
